1. Scope

This policy applies to q-dc.net, app.q-dc.net billing, enquiry forms, correspondence and Q-DC service delivery. Third-party websites and applications apply their own policies.

2. Data we receive

• Email, Telegram and other contact details supplied by the user.
• Name, company, payment and contractual details required for invoicing and order checks.
• Configuration, location, network, IP and rental-term requirements.
• IP address, request time, user agent, technical logs, cookies and page-operation data.
• Correspondence, support requests and information needed for security and abuse investigations.

3. Purposes

• Answer an enquiry, prepare a quotation and contact the user.
• Create and operate the account, order, service, invoice and payment.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and respond to abuse.
• Meet legal, payment-provider, facility and network-operator requirements.
• Understand which pages and actions help users and improve the site.

4. Legal bases

Data is processed to enter into and perform a contract, meet legal obligations, protect the legitimate interests of Q-DC and users, and on consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting processing that was already lawful.

5. Services and recipients

Access is limited to staff and contractors who need the data. Data may be shared with data centres, network and payment providers, registries, billing, support and email services only as needed to deliver the service.

Configurator enquiries are sent through Telegram. The site may use Yandex Metrica and, when enabled, Chatra. These services may receive technical identifiers and cookies under their policies.

6. Cookies and analytics

Cookies support sessions, form security, billing, technical state and analytics. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but login, forms and some functions may stop working.

Analytics measures visits, journeys and page actions.

7. Retention and security

Data is kept for service delivery, payment records, security, dispute resolution and mandatory accounting, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires longer retention.

Access control, encrypted connections, logging, backups and other reasonable measures are used. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. International processing

Services may be delivered in different countries, so data may be processed outside the user’s country. Q-DC limits each transfer to its purpose and contractual relationship with the recipient.

9. User rights

Use the contacts page or billing. Q-DC may verify identity and account association before disclosing or changing data.

• Request information and a copy of personal data.
• Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or deleted where retention is not required.
• Restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent.
• Complain to the competent data-protection authority.

10. Policy changes

The current version is published on this page. Material changes affecting an active customer may also be communicated through billing or the registered contact.
