VPS setup and launch
System image selection
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and pfSense CE 2.9.0 have no surcharge. Windows Server 2022 and 2025 add 10% to the VPS price. You can also select a custom ISO.
Initial IPv6 setup
Address setup and a reachability check when IPv6 is included in the selected product.
PTR for the primary IP
A reverse record after the hostname and intended use are checked.

VPS FAQ
Which virtualisation platform is used?+
The virtualisation type is stated with the VPS specifications before payment.
Which system images are available?+
Choose Ubuntu 26.04 LTS or 24.04 LTS, Debian 13 or 12 LTS, AlmaLinux 10 or 9, Windows Server 2025 or 2022, or pfSense CE 2.9.0. You can also select your own ISO and leave a direct link in the order notes. Only Windows Server adds a 10% surcharge to the VPS price.
Can I add IPv4 addresses?+
Yes, up to 128 additional addresses. Each address is €3 per month, with the same 10%, 20% or 30% discount for 1-, 2- or 3-year billing.
Which locations are available?+
The Netherlands, France, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, Russia, the United States and Thailand. Select the preferred location when placing your order.
Are backups or snapshots included?+
They are not treated as included unless the quotation says so. If available, it will state the schedule, retention and restore process.
What is the minimum billing period?+
VPS-1 has a three-month minimum. The other seven plans can be billed monthly. Terms of 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months are also available.
