Service provider: QUALITY-DC SOLUTIONS LTD. Company details are listed above.
1. Definitions and acceptance
Q-DC identifies the service through which a customer selects and orders services. A Customer may be an individual, sole trader or organisation that places an order.
Paying an invoice, activating a service or continuing to use it after reviewing these terms constitutes acceptance. Individually agreed order terms prevail where they differ from this document.
2. Services and order parameters
Q-DC offers hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, IP addresses, domains, SSL certificates, licences and related work.
Before payment, the Customer must be able to review the service scope, resources, location, network and traffic, provisioning time, first-term and renewal prices, and restrictions.
- Dedicated-server orders state the CPU, RAM, drives, RAID, port, traffic, IPMI/KVM and IP allocation.
- Multi-server orders state the quantity, permitted substitutions and delivery schedule.
- Additional work is included only when explicitly listed in the invoice or quotation.
3. Prices, discounts and payment
Base-configuration prices are listed in the catalogue. Quantity, billing term and selected options determine the order total shown when ordering. Custom hardware and work are quoted separately.
Dedicated-server setup is free. Base rental receives 5% off for 3 months, 10% for 6 months, 15% for 12 months, 20% for 24 months and 25% for 36 months. The discount continues on renewal for the same term. Additional hardware, network and IP resources are priced separately.
- Payment methods include bank card, cryptocurrency and bank transfer.
- A volume discount is quoted separately and is not automatically combined with a term discount.
- The total for an already-paid period does not change. New options and configuration changes are charged separately. The next term price is displayed in billing.
4. Provisioning and billing start
Provisioning depends on the configuration, facility and order quantity. The delivery date or window is specified for the order; changes to the agreed schedule are communicated to the Customer.
For a bulk order, the quotation states the first-batch date, partial-delivery schedule and when billing starts: for each server, each batch or after the full order is ready.
5. Support and maintenance
Support requests for active services are accepted through billing and the contact channels shown on the website. Priority levels, target response times, availability and hardware replacement targets are governed by the SLA and individual order terms.
Scheduled work may be carried out to maintain security and resilience. Advance notice is provided where practicable.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Keep contact and payment details accurate.
- Protect accounts, keys, passwords, applications and data unless managed service is ordered.
- Install updates, maintain backups and test restoration.
- Use services lawfully and respect third-party rights and network policies.
- Respond promptly to security, abuse and complaint requests.
7. Acceptable use
Malware, phishing, unauthorised access or scanning, address spoofing, DDoS attacks, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful content and other activity that threatens infrastructure or third parties are prohibited.
Access may be restricted immediately in case of a critical threat, lawful order or continuing violation. In other cases Q-DC will normally request remediation first.
8. IP and network resources
IP addresses and subnets are rented and do not become Customer property. A subnet can be ordered without a Q-DC server. A LOA is provided for announcement at another facility; the receiving operator agrees the routing and announcement requirements. PTR and other network work follow the order scope.
Addresses may be withdrawn when the service ends. Q-DC may request utilisation justification and an addressing plan for larger blocks.
9. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
The renewal period and price are shown in billing or on the invoice. Auto-renewal must be cancelled before the next period is invoiced or paid under the rules for the relevant service.
Refund eligibility for a started period depends on service type, incurred costs, prepayment discount and individual terms. One-off licences, domains, IP resources and completed work may be non-refundable.
10. Liability and data
Q-DC is responsible for delivering the agreed service within applicable law. Indirect loss, lost profit and consequences of Customer configuration are recoverable only where required by law or an individual agreement.
Backups, migration and administration are not included automatically. Scope, frequency, retention and restore testing must be agreed separately.
11. Changes and contact
The current version is published on this page. Material changes do not apply retroactively to a paid service unless required by law.
Questions and claims can be sent through the contacts page or billing. Include the order, service or invoice number.
